Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking Network Planning Analyst/Capacity Planner to work in the Scott AFB, IL area. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

• The Network Planning Analyst/Capacity Planner is responsible for planning and evaluating complex existing network systems and making recommendations for resources required to maintain and expand service levels.
• This role provides highly skilled technical assistance in network planning, engineering, and architecture.
• Develops technical standards and interface applications, identifies, and evaluates new products, and provides resolutions for network problems.
• This position also interfaces with vendors to identify and purchase hardware and software and may serve as a lead for other Network Planning Analysts.
• Other support duties as needed/directed.

Experience/Skills:

• 8 years of relevant experience

Certifications:

• IAT Level II

Clearance:

• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
• Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
