WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Observes and reports any and all gaming violations and/incidents on company property
• Operates all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras as assigned.
• Learns all games in use and all procedures and cheating indicators of such games.
• Understands and ensures compliance with all company/department policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Writes proper reports as needed in a timely manner.
• Reviews and responds to all surveillance and gaming control request.
• Interprets and reviews all other departments request when necessary.
• Remains current with all activities that threaten the security of the property.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to observe and identify suspected cheaters and cheating techniques; must have 20/20 corrected vision.
• Understanding of property and department policies and procedures.
• Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements.
• Other duties, as needed.
