Support Services Director - Healthcare oversees the health care facility's support services departments. Develops, implements, and administers the effective, efficient, and safe operation of nonclinical support activities. Additionally, Support Services Director - Healthcare may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Support Services Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Daily Responsibilities for Director of Business Development:- Manage and oversee a team of Care Consultants.
- Develops relationships with healthcare organizations/ providers
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing/Sales, business, or related field
- 5 Years of healthcare experience within LTC, hospice, home health, or related field
- 2 years of leadership experience with industry
