Manage inventory supply chain from Asia to store shelves for a Gardening Tools manufacturer. Provide insights that help with product flow and forecasting to help manage inventory and ensure we are keeping products in stock at Walmart Stores, Home Depot, Lowe's and Costco. You will interface with Retailers and be a key part in the strategic partnership from a replenishment and planning perspective.
Essential Functions:
· Manage inventory supply chain from Asia to store shelves.
· Assess trends, analyze data, and identify key opportunities for growth
· Manage weekly and monthly reporting
· Utilize internal sales data and customer specific POS to develop actionable insights, strategies, and tactics.
· Provide modular tracking and insights
· Be the point of contact for specified categories to retailers for replenishment and planning purposes
· Participate in customer meetings, taking notes and providing analytical input
· Provide analytical support for accurate demand forecasting
· Attend weekly demand planning meetings, working with logistics, transportation, and production to ensure product is flowing. Limiting excess inventory while ensuring we can fill all orders.
Requirements:
· Five years of experience working in CPFR, planning, forecasting, and replenishment with imported items at Walmart
· Familiar with Lowe's, Home Depot, and Costco inventory systems
· Proficient in Excel, Retail Link, Nova, Item 360, Luminate
· Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to identify key trends and provide concise insights.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all customers, internal and external
