Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement treatment programs: The Treatment Director is responsible for designing and implementing evidence-based treatment programs for individuals with substance abuse disorders. This includes creating treatment plans, coordinating services, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
2. Supervise clinical staff: The Treatment Director provides leadership and supervision to the clinical team, including counselors, therapists, and other treatment professionals. They ensure staff members are properly trained, provide guidance and support, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards: The Treatment Director ensures that all treatment programs and services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. They stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements:
- A master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure or certification in substance abuse counseling or a related discipline, such as Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC).
- Experience in managing and supervising clinical staff in a substance abuse treatment setting.
- In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and best practices in substance abuse treatment.
- Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to substance abuse treatment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
