As a Business Analyst in our Marketing Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of data-promoting Operations Analytics/Reporting. You will work closely with marketing execution and data teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee the development and deployment of data and analytics products. Your responsibility will be to ensure that these products align with our business objectives and deliver actionable insights to support data-promoten decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to understand business needs and objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data and analytics products.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.
• Design and develop data models, data pipelines, and data visualization dashboards.
• Work with developers and engineers to implement and test data and analytics products.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that products meet user needs.
• Provide ongoing change management support and training to users of data and analytics products.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Stay up to date on emerging data and analytics technologies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 years of experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, SAS) a p lus
• Strong understanding & experience with data analytics tools and techniques (Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Optima, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Axiom) a plus
