Foley Mansfield is seeking a dependable Records Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and a background in administrative support. Experience working in a law firm environment preferred, but not required. This is a hybrid position: 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities:- File documents accurately and timely in compliance with all filing requirements
- Create and maintain case files
- Maintain and send daily case reports
- Accurately and efficiently enter case information into databases
- Pull and save files as requested
- Enter appointments and case deadlines into calendaring software (Docket Enterprise)
- Process vendor invoices
- Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and other meetings
- Provide administrative support to legal administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
