JSR Tech Consulting is working with our direct financial services client to place a Stock Plan Administration Consultant for a contract opportunity within their The Compensation and Benefits Services team.
This team is responsible for the implementation, administration, and upkeep of global rewards programs. Reporting to Manager, Process Management, this position is responsible for the Long-Term & Equity administration.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Support of client’s Long Term Equity services.
- In this capacity, the incumbent will be responsible for the operational/administrative work in support of long-term equity.
- Review and maintenance of procedural and process documentation
- Administration of procedural repository and quarterly review process
- Preparation of data for management reporting and advanced analytics
- Escalating issues, as appropriate, and providing periodic updates, trends, and recommendations
- Support Administration needs related to Stock Plan:
- Validation of monthly cash-based grant data
- Perform and validate the cash grant pay out calculations
- Liaise with business partners and vendors to set timing and expectation
- Review of annual statement requirements, test coordination and overall statement delivery
- Provide support services for overall Equity Administration
- Daily exercise process monitoring and related vendor coordination
- Data reconciliation (vendor and on-premises)
- Monthly processes to support newly requested & recently released grants
- Annual long-term grant and release processes
- Ad-hoc reporting (vendor and on-premises tools)
- Perform routine activities per task lists and SOPs.
- In this capacity, the incumbent will be responsible for the operational/administrative work in support of long-term equity.
- Lead/assist business analysis efforts for multiple projects – collect and document business requirements; analyze impacts and interdependencies; partner with technology teams to translate business needs into system designs; provide quality review of functional specifications; and coordinate/execute user acceptance testing
- Provide analytical support to compensation and finance stakeholders – includes providing reports, metrics, analyses, and presentations to address business requests
- Stock Plan Administration experience, particularly with E*Trade’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform.
- 3 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis.
- Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in resolving problems/issues
- Ability to develop concise presentations to summarize business issues/decisions
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with operations management or Long-Term Equity administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with process management. Experience with large, complex organization process management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of an administration or services function, with the ability to present and clearly explain information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel and/or Access skills are required
- Proficient in Word, and PowerPoint
- At times, extended working hours are required to meet business needs
- Support of client’s Long Term Equity services.
