    The Sr. Stock Plan Administrator works under general supervision, performing global Equity-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Legal, Finance, HR Leadership, and other Human Resources staff in supporting all team members; carrying out responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day administration of our stock plans, including but not limited to stock options, performance & restricted stock units (PSUs/RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs).
    • Process equity grants, exercises, releases, and other related transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of equity awards, including participant data, grant agreements, and vesting schedules. Partner with compliance team on annual SOX control testing.
    • Stay up with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards related to equity compensation, including SEC regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting requirements.
    • Ensure that equity plans and transactions comply with all regulatory requirements, including SEC filings, tax withholding, and international regulations as applicable.
    • Monitor trends, best practices and regulatory developments impacting equity plans and keep senior management informed as necessary.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to stock plans, providing timely and accurate information and guidance. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and other departments to support the administration and execution of equity compensation programs.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions or materials to educate employees on equity compensation programs, including the mechanics of stock options, PSUs/RSUs, and ESPPs.
    • Work closely with external vendors, such as stock plan administrators, legal counsel, and auditors, to ensure smooth operation and compliance of stock plans.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and improve the overall effectiveness of stock plan administration.
    • Proactively recommend and implement changes to policies, procedures, and systems to support the evolving needs of the organization.
    • Other Equity Compensation duties and/or projects, as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Minimum of five years’ experience in stock plan administration or equity compensation management.
    • Strong understanding of equity compensation concepts, including stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, and related tax implications.
    • Proficiency with stock plan administration software (e.g., Solium, Equity Edge, E*TRADE) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex data accurately.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
    • Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism.
    • Handle extremely sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Time management and ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
    • Strong organization skills.

    Preferred

    • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.

    Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
