Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and maintain job file work-in-progress
• Ensure client requirements are followed
• Answer phone calls
• Daily job file coordination
• Create mitigation estimates
• Maintain internal and external communications
• Prepare job file reports for final upload and audit process
• Assist other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented
• Polite and confident customer service skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer apps

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• West Haven, UT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
