Coordinates the development of patient home care plans that specify the frequency and duration of the services provided. Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - Home Care Admissions initiates care with service providers. Completes admission, referral, and insurance forms. Utilizes health record management software. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent. Requires an RN license. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. RN s will be floated to like areas. Will work every other weekend.
