Staff Nurse - RN - CCU jobs in Florida
Staff Nurse - RN - CCU provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in the critical/coronary care unit. Performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Being a Staff Nurse - RN - CCU assists physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary. Observes patients' progress, records observations in patient medical record, and updates attending physician directly when necessary. Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - CCU typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Staff Nurse - RN - CCU's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. We are looking for an experienced caring, and dependable provider, Registered Nurse, who is passionate about working with newborn babies and their families; to take care of a newborn baby in Delray, FL .
Hours: Usually 10 - 12 hour shift | 4 - 6 nights per week
9pm-7am possibly 7pm-7am
Start Date: ASAP
Duties:
The night nurse will attend to the babies needs throughout the night. Including feeding, burping, holding, changing and comforting the baby. We support the family with everything that is related to the baby. We wash bottles, pumping parts, restock diaper, baby laundry if needed etc.
Requirements:
The provider must:
- have verified experience with newborns
- Fully vaccinated (DTAP )
- CPR certified
- Must pass a Background check.
This is a 1099 position.
