Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Beyond Words Speech and Language Services LLC in Caldwell, ID. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting speech therapy sessions, evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as dysphagia. The role will require providing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications
- Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders skills
- Experience in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders
- Knowledge of dysphagia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Oromyofunctional knowledge/ training a plus
