SPA ATTENDANT greets guests, schedules appointments, and provides customer service to all spa clients. Recommends spa products and services based on client needs and expectations. Being a SPA ATTENDANT ensures that all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, SPA ATTENDANT typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The SPA ATTENDANT may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Responsibilities- General front desk duties greeting clients, booking appointments, taking payments, selling memberships.
Easily keep our spa pristine by following opening/closing duties daily. Sanitize treatment rooms between clients.
Provide outstanding customer service in the positive environment of our holistic wellness spa. Educate clients on the benefits of flotation therapy and SELL monthly memberships and packages.'
