Full Job Description

Job Overview: If you have experience in soldering electronic components, we are interested in you. The position is light-duty with minimal physical limitations. This position starts at $17.25/hr with some experience, but experienced soldering techs can earn more.

Work Environment

• Very casual clothes permitted (shorts, t-shirt, and sneakers are no problem).
• You can listen to music on your headphones at work (as long as it can be done safely).
• We are one of the few manufacturing plants in Louisville with AC and heating.
• Can you believe that so many places won’t allow you to have your cell phone with you at work? Not us. While we don’t want you watching Netflix at work, we understand the importance of having your phone available.
