What you’ll do:
As a Manager, Rehab/ARU Support, you will provide oversight of the Company’s Information Technology Services and day to day management of project priorities in support of the Rehab Contract Services (RCS) business unit
Responsibilities:
Consults with Rehab expert users on the identification of needs and development of systems to meet the
needs.
Leading rehab contract implementation new starts, employee transitions, and schedule management for
asset procurement.
Liaison for operations implementation, direct and host project meetings, equipment orders, technical
communication of new start needs with all cross-functional teams.
Support for current Rehab contract services applications (e.g., Net Health, equipment oversight) and
future applications that are implemented to support the business.
Acts as a liaison between the field operators and information systems to prioritize and monitor work
requests.
Participate in senior leadership communications, responds to technical needs, and escalations.
Provides oversight of the identified clinical and operational work requests, consistent with business
goals and tracked via ServiceNow.
Participates in technical training for systems and implementation across the business as indicated by
project priority.
Provides collateral for technical implementations as needed to support business objectives and systems
project scope.
Analyzes and manages customer needs related to Rehab contract services data and technology.
Assists with quality testing to ensure that enhancements and upgrades meet stated objectives.
Acts as a consultant to Customer Support teams on system enhancements, upgrades, pilots, rollouts, processes
and accurate data entry methods.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned
