The mission of the Software Quality Assurance Technician is to work with our development application team to achieve our business’ digital goals. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with a wide range of Quality Assurance experience. In addition, the candidate should be able to initiate new software testing requirements and see to completion the entire quality assurance process. This position will be responsible for implementing testing checklists and processes on our existing desktop and online entities, as well as gathering requirements and implementing new internal and external procedures as the need arises.
