SkyWater Search Partners has engaged with a Twin Cities-based company in the medical device industry to attract and hire a Manager of Software Development. This company has been around for 10 years as they continue to develop cutting edge software, firmware and hardware that is changing the lives of thousands of their customers/patients. We are targeting a strong, technical contributor to fill a brand new need for a new product team at this organization

To be a fit, we are looking for a degree in CS or Computer Engineering and 8 years of professional experience; at least 2 in people leadership. We are also looking for a strong background in .NET, Cloud, modern testing, and ideally coming from a medical device background (but not required).

As a smaller organization, we need someone willing to get their hands dirty and is able to communicate cross-functionally. This person will have a lot of visibility to their work and have the opportunity to work with a modern toolkit and greenfield application development.

This is a salaried position complete with benefits & bonus. Must be local to MN, and cannot require sponsorship.

Desired Skills And Experience
