Establishes policies and procedures that produce high-quality software product and service. Being a Software Engineering Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Software Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Software Engineering Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. What you will be doing
Provide Strategic Leadership in the development and execution of mathematical testing strategies globally.
Collaborate with the executive leadership to align mathematical testing initiatives with overall company goals
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development
Evaluate mathematical algorithms in gaming products to ensure fairness, accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans for mathematical models
What you need for this position
Mathematical testing within the Gaming Industry
Leadership and successful track record of managing teams
Programming in C , Java or C#
Experience in Windows or Linux or Unix
