A position responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of engaging and relevant strategies across social media platforms for a variety of brands.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Content Creation
- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Ensure all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, messaging, and voice of the client for the target audience.
- Create social media strategies
- Plan, develop and implement social media strategies
- Submit strategies to the CMO for approval
- Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, video, and other multimedia formats, to captivate audiences and foster meaningful interactions.
- Identifies appropriate social media platforms to use in the promotion of each product or service.
- Receive sign off from Creative Director on personalized content.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
Community Management
- Monitor and engage with audiences across social media channels, responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Analytics and Reporting
- Campaign management
- Track key performance metrics
- Analyze campaign effectiveness
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
Client Communication through CMO
- Provide progress reports on various campaigns
- Provide strategic recommendations to ensure alignment with client’s business objectives and foster strong relationships.
Stay Current with Trends
- Stay up to date with latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Leverage knowledge to innovate strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
Oversee a misture of large corporate accounts and smaller individual location accounts.
- Oversee Social Media Interns
- Meet regularly with interns to discuss client accounts
- Delegate tasks to interns
Attend weekly team meetings
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Alternatively, equivalent level of work experience is accepted.
Proven experience in social media marketing, with a proven and verifiable record of successfully managing and executing campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience working with clients in a variety of industries is preferred.
Proficient in social media platforms, analytical software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, photography and videography skills, interpersonal and managerial skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to conduct and interpret analytical data.
