Responsible for Sleep Centerdepartmental operations and ensured the execution of department functions andservices in accordance with established policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
Directly supervises staff and monitors and evaluates their performance. Assistswith budgeting, planning, provisioning and projects as directed by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
AssociatesDegree from accredited respiratory therapy program requires. Requires current HawaiiState license as Respiratory Therapist and Registered PolysomnographicTechnologist or National Board of Respiratory Care required.
Current Basic LifeSupport (BLS) with retraining once every two (2) years. Minimum of three (3)years working experience in an accredited Sleep Center or an accreditedLaboratory for Sleep Related Breathing or any combination of education andexperience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities tomeet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of thisposition.
