Sleep Center Manager jobs in Hawaii
Sleep Center Manager manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more sleep centers. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the center(s). Being a Sleep Center Manager ensures patient care meets high-quality standards. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the sleep center(s). Additionally, Sleep Center Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires registration as a Polysomnographic Technician. Typically reports to a director. The Sleep Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sleep Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Qualifications and Requirements
AssociatesDegree from accredited respiratory therapy program requires. Requires current HawaiiState license as Respiratory Therapist and Registered PolysomnographicTechnologist or National Board of Respiratory Care required.
Current Basic LifeSupport (BLS) with retraining once every two (2) years. Minimum of three (3)years working experience in an accredited Sleep Center or an accreditedLaboratory for Sleep Related Breathing or any combination of education andexperience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities tomeet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of thisposition.
Salary Range $95,000 $110,000
