Shipping and Receiving Clerk jobs in Oregon

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the shipping and receiving processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices

- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and arranging transportation

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

- Inspect goods for damages or defects upon receipt

- Operate forklifts or other equipment to move materials within the warehouse

- Assist with inventory control tasks as needed

- Deliver orders once packaged and ready to ship

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce, shipping receiving, or a related field

- Proficiency in using forklifts and other warehouse equipment

- Knowledge of basic math for inventory counting and order picking

- Familiarity Sigma MRP or other ERP/MRP software

- Must have clean driving record, this position consists of approx 50% deliveries also.
