The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will oversee inventory and logistics which includes managing incoming deliveries by verifying and signing for shipments, unloading and storing the received items, delivering items/products to the correct requester/department, processes all paperwork in a timely manner, and ensures that safety regulations are met. They will also provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers while aligning all the resources to meet cost, productivity, and service objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities- Assists in developing the distribution and transportation policies together with the Nationwide Logistics Manager so that the product arrives at the right place, at the agreed time, and with the agreed conditions.
- Will handle and ship UPS shipments.
- Develop and control intralogistics processes.
- Maintain the Operational Command Control Panel of the company at the logistics and transportation level.
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement system in logistics processes.
- Review the new internal orders in the ERP and process them for fulfillment.
- Coordinate the fulfillment workflow with Lioher Center Branch Managers considering deadlines and priorities.
- Ensure correct traceability of materials and orders.
- Schedule shipping appointments with carriers or headquarters for internal shipments.
- Maintain excellent lines of communication with our company’s branches and Nationwide Logistics Manager regarding the status of orders and developing situations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Two years of experience operating a forklift in a shipping warehouse or similar environment required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
