**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating service requests, and ensuring efficient workflow in an Powersports service setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers and assist with their service needs

- Schedule service appointments and manage service orders

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended services

- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain organized records of service orders and customer information

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in tire service, Powersports diagnostics, shocks, struts, brakes, alignments, and general Powersports services

- Proficiency in sales techniques to promote additional services or products

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and technicians effectively
