Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead a team of retail associates, including training, and performance management.
· Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
· Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high store standards.
· Create and maintain customer relationships regarding any special requests or special orders.
· Monitor sales targets, implement promotions, and contribute to strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
· Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee merchandising and visual presentation standards.
· Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role required.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks in a challenging environment.
· Proficient in basic computer skills and retail POS systems.
