Sales Representative - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Completion of the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contract Limited Representative qualification exam and any required state licensing is required. Also requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales Representative - Licensed work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Rep. will be responsible for managing day to day business, developing and growing relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying opportunities to expand our offerings within their organizations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships based on trust, mutual understanding, and exceptional customer service.
    • Regularly engage with clients to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
    • Account Management:
    • Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with internal team and supporting positions.
    • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new, and upcoming projects.
    • Client Support and Issue Resolution:
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating efforts to address client inquiries, requests, or issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues or challenges to ensure a positive client experience.
    • Troubleshoot and solve problems for customers and manufacturers.
    • Quoting:
    • Enter quotes and track upcoming and ongoing projects.
    • Grow sales by helping customers with your product and market knowledge.
    • Warehouse:
    • Manage Warehouse inventory and shipping for designated products.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
