Position: Entry Level Event Coordinator
Location: NEW ORLEANS, LA
Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $23.50 - $28.50 per hour
Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about event planning and eager to grow within our company.
Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and coordinating events, from concept to completion.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the day of the event.
- Maintain event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
- Weekends off to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- Competitive hourly rate between $23.50 - $28.50.
