We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will help with the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing.

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Washington, DC
Responsibilities- Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends and customer preferences
- Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for various platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Coordinate and assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and conferences
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
