Injustice Prevention Agency LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Commission-Based Sales Representatives who will cold call B2B to introduce our IPA Products. Leads will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission!
**Location:**
Remote/Hybrid (Must reside in the Charlotte area and attend events in Charlotte, NC when required)
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of Commission-Based Sales Representatives
- Contact B2B to promote and explain the benefits of joining the IPA
- Develop and maintain relationships with law firms to encourage their continued participation
- Utilize provided leads and conduct additional research to identify potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales plans
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in the legal or technology industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

**Compensation**
At Injustice Prevention Agency (IPA), we value our sales representatives and offer a competitive compensation package that rewards performance and experience. The compensation structure includes the following components:
**Per Sale Commission**
- **Sales Representatives:** Each sale made by a sales representative will earn a flat commission of $375 per sale.
**Monthly Sales Percentage Bonus**
- In addition to the per sale commission, sales representatives will receive a monthly bonus based on a percentage of the total sales made during that month. The percentage is determined by the representative’s experience and performance as outlined below:
- **Entry-Level (0-2 years of experience):** 5% of total monthly sales
- **Mid-Level (2-5 years of experience):** 7% of total monthly sales
- **Senior-Level (5 years of experience):** 10% of total monthly sales
**Total Compensation Example**
**Example for an Entry-Level Sales Representative:**
If an entry-level sales representative makes 10 sales in a month, they will earn $375 x 10 = $3,750 from per sale commissions.
If the total sales amount for the month is $50,000, they will earn an additional 5% x $50,000 = $2,500 as a monthly sales percentage bonus.
**Total Monthly Compensation:** $3,750 (per sale commission) $2,500 (monthly sales percentage bonus) = $6,250
