POSITION SUMMARY

Process daily unposted items and NSFs.
Work branch reconciliation.
Retention of teller work bags.
Review and verify wires on GFX.
Process subpoenas.
Process collections.
Monitor accounts for compliance with the USA Patriot Act performing necessary steps to maintain compliance.
Review Large Items.
Process and pay branch accounts payable.
Review, file and maintain daily reports; purge files according to policy.
Regulation E, D, and DD monitoring.
Will be cross-trained on various positions in the department.
Consistent execution of policies and procedures.
Perform other job related duties and special project as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.
Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
Previous banking experience.
