Opportunity: Server Assistant

The restaurant is located in the hear of the Design District. Tango Room is a fine dining steakhouse that features an extensive wine list and exquisite food. Steakhouse and wine experience is a huge plus.

Expected Schedule/ Hours: Variable Schedule including some weekends and holidays

Job Summary: As a Server Assistant you will hold an integral part of a restaurant's staff, and will be primarily assisting Hosts and Servers to provide a memorable experience to all of our guests. Education Requirements: High School Diploma Preferred

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in fine dining restaurant environment preferred

Essential Job Functions

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
