The Personal Lines Account Manager purpose is to support and communicate with the Account Executives/Producers on a daily basis along with delivering excellent customer service to a wide range of high net worth clients. This individual must work well in a team environment and have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with all administrative aspects of servicing & retention of existing accounts


• Manage ALPHA SPLIT system


• Ability to respond to clients calls in regards to policy changes, updates and clients insurance coverages


• Basic knowledge of High Net Worth insurance coverages


• Rating systems for carriers like Chubb, PURE, AIG and Cincinnati


• Will be responsible for processing various changes and endorsements for the insured’s property

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000, this range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
