The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including claims, coding, denials, appeals, contracting and credentialing, EMR/EHR system setups, and data analytics. This dynamic role requires a proactive leader who can manage both tasks and departmental staff to ensure top performance and optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee EMR/EHR implementation.
• Manage new client onboarding.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and training.
• Conduct employee and client account audits.
• Handle account management.
• Communicate with insurance providers and patients.
• Analyze contracts and ensure compliance.
• Perform cash posting, charge entry, coding, billing, and collections.
• Manage and monitor staff performance in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent Revenue Cycle Management experience (this is not an entry-level position).
• Minimum of 5 years of previous Medical Billing experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in medical office software related to the field.
• Proven and verifiable experience in healthcare billing.
• Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Expertise in data analytics and EMR/EHR systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with insurance providers, patients, and internal teams.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Note: This position is non-remote and requires in-office presence in Las Vegas, NV.
