The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Analyst. This position will assist in all aspects of the billing process, assist in collections, and ensure timely and accurate invoices are sent to clients. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work within a team effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the billing process from start to finish, including invoicing, reviewing billing discrepancies, and working collaboratively with client services in resolving client inquiries
• Ensure that cash receipts are recorded daily and accurately applied to customer balances in accordance with the remittance advice
• Prepare revenue accounting reports and analysis to support month-end close; own the revenue account reconciliation and record revenue user/connection changes in accordance with sales contracts
• Point of escalation for billing related customer inquiries
• Oversee and streamline billing and AR collections processes
• Prepare various billing reports as part of the month-end close process
• Provide excellent and considerate customer service to external and internal customers

What You'll Need:

• 3 years of billing experience; experience in a SaaS business is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of billing and cash application procedures
• Experience with Intacct is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

The salary for this position is $100,000 - $105,000 bonus benefits.
