Restaurant Supervisor - Casino jobs in California

• Oversees daily audit work by Casino Account Associate.
• Counts, audits, and balances all revenue and expense related documents with revenue received and expenses paid.
• Compiles reports for Casino Departments for review by Manager.
• Assists with testing for compliance and surprise audits on various casino departments.
• Investigates and reports discrepancies determined through audit process to the Director of Casino Accounting.
• Ensures Casino internal controls are being followed.
• Assists in developing and maintain checklists for completion of work in accordance with policies and procedures and internal controls.
• Prepares daily audit report, daily revenue, and expense reports.
• Maintains accurate records and files pertaining to daily audits of areas of responsibility.
• Prepares the daily and monthly casino statistics.
• Assists in the development and implementation of SOP's.
• Ensures effective recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching and counseling and other personnel related matters are being handled appropriately throughout assigned departments.
• Facilitates and ensures that performance reviews of all employees within department are complete on a yearly basis.
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
