Residential Property Manager jobs in Oklahoma
Residential Property Manager manages the daily operations of one or more residential properties or communities. Oversees sales/leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and other support activities. Being a Residential Property Manager may be responsible for managing property budgets, collections and/or property improvement initiatives. May require a bachelor's degree in related area. Additionally, Residential Property Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Residential Property Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Residential Property Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Property Manager Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LOW-INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT.
- BILINGUAL IN SPANISH PREFERRED
- Must have 3-5 years of experience or more in apartment complexes with at least 200 units.
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person.
Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Contact with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.
- Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property.
- Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards.
