Residential Property Manager manages the daily operations of one or more residential properties or communities. Oversees sales/leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and other support activities. Being a Residential Property Manager may be responsible for managing property budgets, collections and/or property improvement initiatives. May require a bachelor's degree in related area. Additionally, Residential Property Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Residential Property Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Our Property Management company is looking for a Long-Term Residential Property Manager to join our team. Must be organized, professional, and motivated to service our existing portfolio as well as add on new accounts.
Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills with an emphasis on Fair Housing principals, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Must be able to communicate clearly with other team members, vendors, tenants, and owners. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in property management software and sales experience is a plus.
Requirements include direct experience in Residential Property Management, Hawaii State Real Estate License, and understanding of current Hawaii Landlord Tenant Code.
