Job Description

IES Residential is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the Austin, TX area

(including the Georgetown, Temple & Liberty Hill).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising crews, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner, depending on day to day tasks.
• Make sure all crews are in compliance of electrical codes.
• Assist crews when needed in installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, relays, fuse boxes, and circuit-breaker panels in accordance with specifications and local electrical codes.
• Performs a variety of supported duties of the job, such as loading and unloading project materials and carrying the same to a particular work area at a job site, erecting scaffolding and ladders, holding materials, tools, and supplies, cleaning the work area and removing trash and debris.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures and safe work practices and proceed those safe practices to all on the job-site.
• Maintain great home builder relationship with excellent communication skills.
  
  

Must have a valid drivers license, electrical license, and reliable transportation!

• 2-3 years preferred of residential electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently

• Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
