Dimondale is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Residential Program Director to join our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing youth residential facilities or similar. Candidates must meet the minimum education and experience requirements to be considered for the role.

Have a master’s degree in a behavioral science from an accredited college or university, plus a minimum of one year of employment as a social worker, as defined in Section 80001s.(4) of the Title 22 Manual, in an agency serving children or in a group residential program for children.

Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, plus at least one year of administrative experience or supervisory experience over social work, childcare, and/or support staff providing direct services to children in an agency or in a community care facility with a licensed capacity of six or more.
