Reservoir Engineering Manager plans and directs all aspects of engineering studies regarding the identification, evaluation, and development of oil and gas reserves within a region. Oversees the process of estimating, assessing, and planning oil and gas production and development projects. Being a Reservoir Engineering Manager ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Reservoir Engineering Manager typically reports to top management. The Reservoir Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Ensure the upkeep of all guest and service areas and to maintain them in proper working order and appearance. Maintains all standards, guidelines and required compliance with regulations. Provides quality customer service while assuring clean, safe and well maintained front and back of house areas.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years experience in the capacity of Engineering Supervisory role of a full service hotel or multiple properties. Engineering degree (BS), Certified Engineering Operations Executive certification, or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
