Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality control, and managing the day-to-day operations on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend) to track project progress and documentation
- Step in when needed to catch up on site work

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
