Additionally, Research and Development Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Administrative Assistant

Under the supervision of the Research and Development/Family Services Director, the administrative assistant provides clerical support to the department to ensuring quality services are provided to the children and families served. The Administrative Assistant will
perform routine administrative functions such as greeting visitors, answering the telephone, taking messages, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers. Responsibilities will also include, creating and maintaining a database of required records for compliance, such as child attendance and district/center enrollment.
Desired Requirements: Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Associate of Arts degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field and two years’ experience working in an early childhood development program. At least one year experience as a data entry clerk preferred.
Travel required, some overnight, with short notice. All applicants must pass a criminal background check before hire.
