Responsibilities- As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible to develop and design financially viable solutions for the agricultural and construction sector.
- You will identify both stated and unstated requirements of international customers through thorough research and on-site observation.
- Generate and assess proof of concepts to substantiate ideas for stakeholder assessment.
- Offer technical guidance to less-experienced engineers.
- Illustrate product requirements to team members, customers, or dealers to enhance product definition.
- Cultivate relationships with dealers and stakeholders to investigate undisclosed needs and conduct field validation.
- Eight years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Expertise in Solidworks or a comparable CAD tool.
- Proficient in C , Python, and Mathlab, with a preference for proficiency.
- Skill in Design of Experiment is preferred.
- Competence in gathering and assessing data logs.
- Familiarity with robotics, perception sensors and control system theory.
- Understanding of product development processes for the successful launch of high-performance products.
- Capable of operating, testing, and troubleshooting mobile equipment.
- Knowledgeable in areas such as customer satisfaction, machine manufacturing, hydraulics systems, and electrical systems.
