Job Description:

Rental Stop is looking for a Rental Store Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team! This person must have a minimum of three years experience working with rentals.

Rental Store Customer Service/Sales Representative Duties:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Answer Phones

Rental Store Customer Service/Sales Representative Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years rental experience
• Must be willing to be be scheduled to work Saturdays
• Must be proficient in all aspects of their job
• Must be able to type, as well as be efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Positive Attitude Everyday

Rental Store Customer Service/Sales Representative Benefits:

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
