Position Overview:*
As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our polyacrylamide production plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in operations. You will lead a dedicated team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement measures to minimize waste and defects.
- Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
- Manage inventory levels to support production requirements and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to implement process improvements and technology upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.

- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including variance analysis and action plans.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred
. - Proven experience in a leadership role within a chemical manufacturing environment, preferably in polyacrylamide production.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes and production equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize process parameters.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
