Position Criteria:

• Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed
• Must exhibit ethical practices and be a role model to students
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Performance Criteria:

• Assist Color Guard Director with the scheduling and evaluation of Color Guard auditions
• Assist in creating drill/choreography and rehearsals as needed
• Attend all summer obligations including (but not limited to) rehearsals and band camp
• Assist with morning rehearsals during marching season
• Attend contests and parades as appropriate
• Collaborate with Marching Band staff including Directors and Percussion Leader as needed
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the District
