Reinsurance Specialist performs routine reinsurance administrative duties, such as maintaining records, processing and verifying new business. Organizes the preparation of monthly and annual reports and ensures reinsurance information has been recorded accurately. Being a Reinsurance Specialist performs reconciliation of premium billing statements and DAC tax calculations and maintenance of various reinsurance operations. Researches and resolves the more complex cases and provides guidance to others. Additionally, Reinsurance Specialist may review work performed by others and train new staff. Works towards industry designations (e.g., FLMI, ARA, ACS, etc.). Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Reinsurance Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Role Scope and Complexity
The technician reports directly to salon manager / salon lead and indirectly to all members of ownership and is accountable for adhering to all service provisions and sanitation standards.
They are accountable for meeting established service protocols and customer service standards focusing on both internal & external customers.
Also accountable for informing and educating clients on our service offerings, retail products and membership program, building and retaining clients through social platforms, community engagement & other marketing efforts put forth by management.
