Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care supervises the delivery of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech/language pathology programs to patients in a homecare setting. Responsible for providing consultation and monitoring of the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care provides clinical consultation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. **Overview:**
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Aides. As a Home Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need, including seniors and those with developmental disabilities.
**Duties:**
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Support clients with activities of daily living
- Administer medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals
**Requirements:**
- Experience in home care or senior care is preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Comfort working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping
- Familiarity with tasks such as catheter care, tube feeding, and hospice care is a plus
- Understanding of nursing home procedures and protocols
