Rehabilitation Services Manager jobs in Ohio
Rehabilitation Services Manager plans and implements the overall rehabilitation functions policies, procedures, and services. Ensures efficient and effective operations for physical therapy, sports medicine, occupational therapy and speech departments. Being a Rehabilitation Services Manager identifies services through program planning and facilitates program development. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Manager typically reports to a director. The Rehabilitation Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Rehabilitation Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or closely related field is required with three – five years’ experience in Development or Special Event planning and execution. Graphic design experience is a plus! Strong computer skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are a must. Excellent oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication skills are also required to be successful in this role. Familiarity with job related software to include Blackbaud would be preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule as the situation dictates is also a must (i.e., weekends, evenings, extended hours).
