Atosk Healthcare Services, Inc. is a CARF accredited organization that provides Home Healthcare, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services for adults and an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. The office is conveniently located on Taylor Avenue in the Towson/Parkville area. Atosk is currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and organized person for the position as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist.

The pay is $40-50/hr depending on number of adults ( minimum 10)

The hours can be flexible with some in office as well as off site. The ideal candidate can work between as follows:

20 hrs/wk up to 30 adults

We are offering a sign on bonus of $300 after confirmation.

The job involves:

• Minimum of 2 years direct care experience working with emotionally disturbed adults with mental illness. PRP and CARF experience preferable.
• The candidate will develop and maintain the direction of the agency based on its Mission Statement, Strategic Plan and Policies and Procedures.
• Main job responsibilities include: ongoing supervision of staff and routine business, ensuring CARF and COMAR compliance and quality service delivery.
• Supervising the development of new and diverse funding sources and coordinating the development and implementation of marketing and public relations efforts.
• The candidate will provide client care including: Rehab assessments, Rehab planning and facilitating psycho educational groups when we begin having them again.
• Must create and continue to develop a management system that encourages diversity and creativity of ideas and practices while maintaining a balance of control and safety.
• Experience/expertise with Google Software for business and Theranest is preferred.
• Other duties as assigned.
